212° Titans (“212 Titans,” “we,” “us”) is a boutique staffing firm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

From candidates: name, contact information (email, phone, address), resume, work history, references, salary expectations, work eligibility, and any other information you submit through our contact form, careers portal, or directly to a recruiter.

From employers and clients: contact information for hiring managers and HR, position details, job descriptions, and engagement terms.

Automatically: standard web log information (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL) collected through our website.

2. How We Use Your Information

For candidates: to evaluate your fit for current and future opportunities, present you to prospective employers (with your consent), and stay in touch about relevant roles.

For clients: to understand your hiring needs, present qualified candidates, manage the search process, and maintain our business relationship.

For everyone: to respond to inquiries, improve our services, comply with legal obligations, and prevent misuse of our systems.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share candidate information only with prospective employers as part of an active search, and only with your prior consent. We never sell candidate data.

We share client information only with our internal team members working on your engagements.

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate our business: Zoho One (CRM, Recruit, People), Microsoft 365 (email and document storage), Netlify (website hosting), DocuSign (electronic signatures). These providers process information on our behalf under contract and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

4. How Long We Keep Your Information

Active candidates: we retain resumes and contact information for as long as we have a reasonable basis to consider you for opportunities, typically up to 5 years from your last interaction, unless you ask us to remove it sooner.

Placed candidates: records related to a placement (start date, fee agreement, references) are retained for 7 years for tax and dispute-resolution purposes.

Clients: business records are retained for 7 years after the end of our engagement.

Web log data is retained for 12 months.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You may at any time:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Opt out of marketing or relationship outreach.
• Withdraw consent for us to share your candidacy with specific employers.

6. California, EU, and Other Regional Rights

If you are a resident of California, the EU/UK, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR, etc.), you may have additional rights including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a regulator.
